Trip to New Hampshire from the Boston (Camping)
Dariella has long dreamed of riding with tents on nature. And finally, we bought ourselves a sleeping bag, a tent, some little things for camping, lent a canopy, took two Yorkshire terriers with us (friends asked to hold), went to the neighboring state, tried what is a real American camping. Chose for our holiday Greenfield State Park (http://www.nhstateparks.org/visit/state-parks/greenfield-state-park.aspx ) .
I will say right away, find a place to rest with a tent or a trailer, it's difficult for some parks to sell places 2-3 months before .... especially in the middle of summer, and especially on holidays.
And so we found a place in this park, I paid for the 3 day stay there about 85-90 $.
The road to the destination took about 2-3 hours. The state is considered rural, it is like something in our Carpathians. Here in summer they rest on the rivers and mountains, in winter limes and winter types of rest. People are very kind and calm, stealing and criminality is not enough. Colorful little, mostly live American.
So we got there without any adventure, we went up to the building of the Park Administration, where we had to register and receive confirmation of registration. He also got a map of the district, bought a couple of bundles of firewood and went looking for our place.
We were surprised by the number of places for camping, around was full of neighbors in tents, on trailers, big and small companies. We had a very good place, there was a big table with benches, a circle for fire and plenty of room around.
Actually for 4 days and three nights, we roasted vegetables, meat, rested morally and physically. Relaxed from the city bustle and just fine. I tried the famous American marshmallow on fire, also tried neon sticks when they break (by the way, a beautiful thing), as well as powder for a multi-colored flame. We returned home perfectly rested!
